RETURN AN ITEM
You may return or exchange your order up to 7 days since delivery has been made. Returns and requests made after 7 days will be politely declined.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, free of any odours or fragrances and with all original tags.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.
- Please mark "returned goods" outside of the package as to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any custom charges made.
- Ensure the return form emailed to you is enclosed with your goods.
- We will only issue refunds for faulty items if in the rare occasion, the item was damaged prior to shipping. If we determine that the damage was inflicted by the customer we will not process a refund.

We will not issue refunds if your order has been delivered to an incorrectly provided address: We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers will receive a refund once the shipment has been returned, however a 5% inventory fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds will exclude shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
