Where is Koseuk based?

Koseuk Ltd’s head office is located in the United Kingdom, although we have a dedicated order fulfilment and product sourcing team based in China.


We currently have warehouses in UK, China, USA and Italy, and we will continue to expand into more locations.

 

Where do you source your products from?

We carefully source our products from high quality suppliers all around Eastern Asia. The brands we work with are aligned with our values and provide the fastest shipping times.

 

Why do you name your products after South Korean locations?

Naming our products after South Korean locations gives our product a story. We hope the vibe of a location can be reflected through the product.

Orders

 

How can I cancel/amend my order?

You can cancel or edit your order manually within 12 hours from the time your order was placed. If 12 hours have passed and you still would like to make changes, please contact us at support@koseuk.com where we’d be happy to do this for you!

To cancel or make any changes to your order manually you’ll need to create an account. If you haven’t registered yet you can do so here otherwise access your account portal where you can cancel or change your order. Please note, if your order has already been fulfilled you will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

 

The item in my basket is sold out. Will you restock soon?

Although rare, it can be the case that an item sells out whilst in your basket. This can happen with fast selling products. For most items, we are able to restock quickly and efficiently, and will let you know immediately once an item you are after is back in stock. For some items, unfortunately due to limited quantities we are unable to restock.

 

How long does shipping take to my country?

Shipping times can vary depending on which delivery option you choose. Please note, these are ESTIMATES and we cannot guarantee delivery within these time-frames.

 

FREE:                8-12 days

STANDARD:      6-10 days

EXPRESS:         4-5 days

How can I return or exchange my order?

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange for anything else of the same value on our store!
